Credits Vanished

I have two Netgear devices: an Aircard 815S and MR6500 M6 Pro, both locked to AT&T but no longer on an active account. I purchased the necessary credits to unlock one to test. I chose to try the M6500 first only to get an error, which led me to the area that showed me the firmware was incompatible with the unlocker.

I then tried the AirCard 815S, and it said I had no credits.

Can I get my 10 credits back to unlock at least one of these things?
