Thanks for reply, yes i am aware of the -- several active adapter -- issues and have tried the provided solution, still does not work
@Valdemaras is it possible, if we can connect over any remote session and we can troubleshoot this ?

Unfortunately but no. If you are using WiFI you could try with an ethernet cable connection, this usually helps without the need of any additional change of the settings.

Thanks for replying, i had also tried with an ethernet cable, and still the issue persists.
Is there any other solution, i can purse ? , please advise ?
Else, i would like to have a refund for the credit, please initiate this, as this is not working for my device

Yes there are other method like attempting from another location, in any case, refund has been issued.
