When I try to repair my IMEI it keeps telling me "Insufficient credits !" I have 20... also it this firm wear supported NTGX65_12.01.16.01. If not can I get a refund?
This firmware is not supported, repair requires 29 credits as per the pricelist anyway. To check for a refund you need to let us know your software user name.
