  • MR6400-1Z1MES IMEI repair error

    Dear Gents,
I'm having an issue with my Netgear MR6400-1Z1MES router that when I try to change the IMEI I get "AT command error".
The current Firmware is "NTGX_12.01.54.00" which is not listed as non-supported version.
    I'm using the latest DC-unlocker client 1.00.1442
    Plz help

The firmware is not supported for this service, let us know your user name for a refund or credit return if you lost them. Anything that starts as "NTGX_12..." is not supported for these units sadly.

I checked your account activity and it seems at first you were able to successfully repair IMEi for your device, and then you updated the device's firmware. Sadly but in this case I can not issue a refund not credit return

Yes that is correct, but after the update, the device returned to the original IMEI that is why I tried to repair it again. So for me I could not use it since the IMEI can't be repaired and I didn't benefit from the first repair.
