I had to factory reset my previously unlocked/imei repaired MR6500. The imei reverted back to factory setting. It received a firmware update to NTGX65_12.01.49.00 as well. I wanted to try an repair the imei again so purchased 10 credits but got a message that I had insufficient credits, so I purchased 10 more. I'm still getting the insufficient credits message even though I now have 20:
