MEP SIM Locked-How to Unlock Netgear Aircard 340U When Using Network Other than AT&T

I am currently using NET GEAR Air Card 340U device, when I insert Sim from another network (not AT&T), the device displays the content SIM MEP LOCKED. I use DC - Unlocker 1442 software to unlock, but the software does not find the device. The operating system is Windows 10.
How do I unlock the Air Card 340U device using the software? Please give me detailed instructions. Thanks

Please check in device manager on your computer to see if your device appears there correctly for detection to work. It should be visible under modems/ports section without any "!" or "?" marks which would mean that drivers are missing.
