Are you sure that you do everything according to the instructions? Are you sure you select correct device to be updated? What modem are you unlocking?

Sierra Wireless AC885 Compass is supported and can be unlocked by dc-unlocker.

Hi, guys! Does anybody have drivers for Sierra 885? I tried to download drivers from this page https://www.wireless.att.com/busines...sb-connect.jsp, but the archive is broken, so I can't install driver from it
