I seem to have successfully unlocked my serrawireless MC8781 modem of Fujitsu LifeBook U820 Mini-Notebook but when I use prepaid sim card and use Globetrotter 70_GTConnect3.0d0-866 still I get message that device is not found

You are using wrong connection software with your serrawireless MC8781 modem. You use option software to connect with serrawireless modem. You should download and install connection software for serrawireless MC8781 modem.
