MC8755 not found?

Hello,
Tried to unlock a MC8755, auto means that:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0575

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless
model - Auto detect (recommended)

ERROR ! Port busy, posibly occupied by another process !

And manual tried all ports in all combinations - don't find the card.
Killed many prozesses in Taskmanager, don't find the card?
Why?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Need to install sierra watcher software. And check, if it see the device. It must be closed at detect time.

Of course i have to insall this SW - but it's not available on sierra Homepage for this Model.
so installed a generic fom Aircard 875, but it won't detect the Card.

Generetic watcher software should also work. If software does not see mdoem, then maybe there is modem problem, or not all drivers are installed.

Can you give me the right driver?

I don't have a yellow ? in Device Manager - so it should be installed correctly?
i also tried on 2 different computers.

We do not have drivers. If you receive ERROR ! Port busy, posibly occupied by another process, means something is taking the port.
Also may try to select ports manually from device manager and detect (without selecting autodetect). Maybe this will help.

So today i tried a few things...
Still same error...

Manual Port settings diesn't help, everything else i tried... does not help...
Maybe i need the complete Notebook for unlocking that card?
Not just the Pcie card?

And i still don't think that port is really busy, there is running nothing, just avira... - and of course, i also tried to deactiavate that one.

Got a new MC8755 - stíll the same problem, last time - live support could not help, in the meantime i got also a MC8781 - there was no problem unlocking that one.

Any new ideas? - Drivers corret, but ERROR! Port busy, posibly occupied by another process...
