  • How to enable the voice on Sierra 309

    hi ,
    I have 309 Sierra wireless USB Stick. I would like enable the voice function. What is the procedure to enable the voice on 309. ?
    I would also like to know, how can we hear the voice after enabling. what is the voice path ?
    How much does it cost for enabling the voice alone.

    Appreciate your early reponse.

    Voice activation needs 1 credits. Voice activation enables keyboard to deal numbers, but we are not sure about how you can use the voice. It may not work on all computers.

      Insufficient funds

      HI ,
      Thanks for the reply , I had bought 1 credit for activating the voice using the pay pal. But when i tried to activate the voice using client. It says insufficent funds and shows 0 credits.

              I had bought 1 credit, see the below information. But when checked it using the client , it says 0 credits.
              Date: 2011-01-27

              Buyer: Venkata Nagesh Cherukumalli

              Payment for: New user vnagesh

              Amount: 1,00

              =============
              User : vnagesh
              Password : OK !
              Credits left : 0

                I bought two credits, But when i check it from the client software. It shows no credits like below.

                User : vnagesh
                Password : OK !
                Credits left : 0

                ================================================== =================

                Can you answer this ASAP

                  Credits were not added, because system had to refund your payment automatic, because you have used unverified paypal account. But somewhy it did not work.
                  Now have refunded your payment manually.
                  It will be refunded again if you will not verify your paypal acocunt.

                    Please contact us
                    Order id: 142429
                    Don't close this window and don't press refresh

                    When i login to my account using client. I again see 0 credits.

                    Please process these and let us know once 10 credits are transferred to account.
