Hello. Maybe your drivers are not correctly installed? Please install the correct drivers, and after this device appears in modem section, you should be able to detect it.

No, they are correctly installed, this is how the product is intended to work. I'm not even certain it's carrier locked...

There are many such devices already unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
Are drivers of modem installed?
Is modem software installed? If yes, make sure it is not running.
Go to Device Manager, open "Ports" and "Modems" sections there, write what do you see in there.
Or make a screenshot and send it here.
I have installed dc-locker and am trying to unlock this mifi box. But i get error "modem not found!"
Has anyone been able to unlock the 754S?
If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
