No SIM Inserted

hello. I have a locked Sierra Wireless Aircard MC8775V which I had unlocked via dc-unlocker. The first detection says it's locked. So, with the incorrect SIM still inserted, I tried unlocking it but met with a "Unlocking failed! Error code 21" message. I noticed that my credits have been used also, so I tried clicking the Detect Card button again. It now says unlocked!

However, when I tried running 3G Watcher again, it now says "No SIM inserted" even though SIM is still inside. Before I unlocked the card, 3G watcher says "Incorrect SIM" which means it detects the SIM prior to unlocking.

What could I have done wrong?

There should be no sim inserted when unlocking the modem.
You can try unlocking the same modem one more time. Unlocking the same modem does not need credits.
You should check, if you have enterred your provider connection settings.

never mind. After I rebooted the system, the SIM gets recornized now. Happily browsing using my newly unlocked modem. Thanks
