Sierra Wireless 313U LTE unlock

I have been able to unlock my card for WCDMA but it seems that the unlock doesn't work for LTE. my usim is working with other unlocked device bt not the 313U. Any idea?

Maybe need other connections software, maybe need any settings for connection.

No. It's working fine with the original operator 1 usim coming with datacard before unlock on lte. Once unlocked, only wcdma is working will non-original operator 2 usim,not lte. The non-original operator 2 usim is connecting on lte with another brand of datacard. I checked all settings.

I can see on the diagnostic AT commands that the usim operator 2 is not registering on LTE but well on wcdma. So definitely the unlock doesn't work for LTE on this card.

On the modem we unlocked (tested unlock) both 3G and lte were working after unlock. Also, there are many these devic3e unlocked without problems.
