Sierra Wireless 885 Installing Special Drivers

Hello, I'm new to DC-Unlocker.
I have a Sierra Wireless Compass 885 which I would like to unlock.
I installed the software which reconignised the card and said that I had to install special drivers according to http://www.dc-unlocker.com/special_m...s_installation

I did as explained and in the end my stick is seen as DC-Unlocker Sierra Wireless AirCard 885 Device.

Now, what do I need to do to unlock it? The DC-Unlocker client does not detect it anymore and I get this message in the text box below the "Detect Card" botton:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0287

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless
model - Auto detect

card not found !

or if I specify the card type I get:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0287

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - SierraWireless
model - AirCard 885 Compass
application port - COM6
diagnostic port - COM6

card not found !

Then I tried with all the ports and the result is always the same.

Can anybody help?

What do you mean by Live Chat? How do I access it?
Then, isn't my problem clear? Isn't a simple solution available?
I forgot to mention that I'm not having any SIM card inserted into my Sierra 885 USB Stick. Is it needed for the unlocking procedure?
