Sierra 320U and 760s

The product selector says that the 320U can be unlocked, but I constantly can't detect modem.

Drivers are installed and software is closed.

Any Tips?

Also any word on when the Hotspot 760s may be unlocked?

If you cannot detect modem, please check this:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer

Could you try to detect the Hotspot 760s and copy here what is detected?

I have a 760s that you helped me to unlock last week (Bigpond)
However i did a factory reset & now the modem has locked up again.
I tried unlocking with the programme that we used last week & am getting message-

Factory reset does not lock it back. Check, maybe you have changed anything else.

after unlocking

I managed to unlock the 760s but upon putting another sim in, it keeps searching for network... ocassionally, it finds a network and connects but i get a connection error and (33) and it says network connection failed. not sure what that means

The error 33 usually means you haven't put the correct APN in.

Not sure about the continual searching. Which provider are you trying to use?
