I have a Sierra aircard 760s from Bigpond (TELSTRA)
Even though I have unlocked the modem it still shows the bigpond
    logo as it boots up.
Can i flash a new logo & remove Bigpond logo
    Thanks in Advance

You should check for firmware update. Maybe it will remove logo when booting.

No updates availaible,Although the modem is supposedly unlocked i can't logon useing another network because to logon modem takes me to the Bigpond logon site which doesn't recognise the other networks sim card?

It's not unlocked. These come locked from Telstra and with the bigpond ones, locked to bigpond. Firmware flash is the answer and will only happen once no longer exclusive to Telstra. Perhaps someone may be able to get the 762 or one of the other variants working.

I thought Telstra & bigpond were one & the same?
Can the bigpond 760s be unlocked?

Well they are company wise, but in general Bigpond = consumer and Telstra = Business/prepaid when it comes to internet.

Not sure with the bigpond 760s I haven't played with them, but even if it could im guessing the firmware would make it difficult to use other companies sims.

Does it show the other companies network on the display? If so it's unlocked.

You need to browse to the router (probably http://bigpond.4g) and change the apn if possible.

However if you can't then theres not much else you can do without firmware

                    The device is unlocked then.

Can you post a screenshot of the page you are trying to change the apn on?

what browser are you using? Chrome has issues at first. Then will ask you did you wan't to go to...

Are you connected to the device (i.e it says 1 next to wifi)?
