Skype Not working after unlock.. please help

i unlock three uk mobile and use 3 italy sim it works. but skype not working


i add new data connection. and try to make it default. but no sucess. and there is no edit option on default connection.

please tell me how to make it work. i spent 10 euro but no use for that.
