hi i have aprob manage to cover driver issue now when it comes to unlocking part says (ERROR CODE 21) please can nay 1 help 1st phone i am trying to unlock and probs

Be sure phone is detected by using autodetect function and drivers are installed. Check, if phone software is closed and use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I mean phone software. Any software that works with this phone after you connect it to pc.

the only thing i can think is the inq pc suite software but that comes on automaticaly when u connec the phone
