I can not unlock INQ Chat 3G

    I can not unlock INQ Chat 3G

    Hello,
    Please help. I try to unlock the 3G mobile INQ Chat and appears to me this error:
    Unlocking, please wait ...

    Preparing Boot Download mode ... OK
    Preparing bootloader ... OK
    Waiting modem/phone to be ready ...

    unlock failed !

    (error code 40)

    I managed to unlock the phone.

      For those that have come here, and found the post quoted pretty useless, here is how you unlock this phone:

      1. Plug phone in and install drivers and software from phone itself
      2. Select Huawei phones in DC unlocker and click search
      3. Click unlock if phone found
      4. Finally once you get to stage Waiting modem/phone to be ready ..., disconnect phone and you will see the purple screen refresh. Reconnect phone and you will end up with the following:

      Unlocking, please wait ...

      Preparing Boot Download mode ... OK
      Preparing bootloader ... OK
      Waiting modem/phone to be ready ... OK

      Phone successfully unlocked !

      Credits left :

      Please unplug and restart phone !
