  • longcheer wm66 card notfound

    The problem is i plug my longcheer wm66 in my pc to unlock it but dc unlocker says, card not found, what's the problem of this one? May i know how to solve this problem?

    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed at detect time. Check, if the drivers are installed and use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software.

        If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
        Check, if the drivers are installed
        Check, if the connection for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
        Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
        Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

          Diagnostic by modem it self, display following inform:

          Detect by DC unlock client, display:

          .................................................. ..............................................
          DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0486

          Detecting card :

          selection :
          manufacturer - Longcheer
          model - Auto detect (recommended)

          Application port not found !
          .................................................. ..............................................

          But I have checked device manager and I can find the application and diagnostic port, please check the attachment.

          Anyone who can help me? Thanks.

            Check, if nothing is taking the application port. Maybe other modem is connected, or modem software is not closed.
