Successfully unlocking Longcheer modem (according to DC-Unlocker) but not unlocked

I am trying to unlock a Longcheer WM72 with DC-Unlocker.
For some reason the modem is detected as WM66/WM66A.
When I manually switch to WM72 the "Unlock" button is greyed out.
Tried twice already wasting 7 credits each try. The second time running the software as administrator (Win 7 x64) thinking I had made a mistake the first time.

However even though DC-Unlocker reports the device was succesfully unlocked it is not...

I think there might be an error with the application?

Just had another the try.
- Ran application as administrator
- Used SIM without PIN
- DC-Unlocker reports: Modem successfully unlocked !
- However the lock is still active

Somehow the misused credits were returned. Thanks for that.

Are you using auto detect on select model line, if not please use it. Are there more modems connected to pc at detect/unlock time? Have you restarted/ reconnected device after unlock? If possible contact us by live support chat, then we will be able to check more about it.

had tried AutoDetect and manually selecting the model, neither worked.

Device was successfully unlocked with beta software provided by Live Support.
