Problem after unlocking Longcheer WM71

hi after unlocking Longcheer WM71 and Inserting the new sim the network was identified .


But after the entering of new settings, I could not connect to the Internet


The first picture shows the new network to identify


The second image shows the settings


Third picture shows the connection fails


the same SIM card was used in a Another Modem with the same settings and was working without problems


Please give me a solution
