    Hi,
I just bought this pocket wifi (Youwin M023J network lock with GlobePH) and I want to use it obvoiusly with other network and I did try to look in google on how to unlock but it seems it still not available atm. So I'm thinking if of course your team know that such modem exist, you might able to add it in supported list.

We might be able to support device only if someone detects it on our software, otherwise only by having device here in our place investigation could go further.

If device is not detectable then investigation not possible, unless someone detects it or we will have it here in our hands.

We can't really help on that, that would require original drivers made by manufacturer at least. Then we could help modifying them.
