Maybe you have user account for dc-unlocker or you are a dongle user?

Let us know your dongle id, we will try to take log file from you and see if something possible to do. Also write exact software name that you tried to detect your modem on.

            1. Run software

            2. Go to user account data.

            3. Click check account status.

            4. On main window click right mouse button and make sure "Enable debug logging" is checked.

            5. Detect modem. Try to unlock it. If not possible do rest of the steps

            6. After that click right mouse button and select save debug log.

            7. Send that file to me, please.

You renamed file or something, it does not quite have the extension like one that you provided.

The log saved as .rtf file which I was not able to upload. Changed it to .txt file (notepad)

I have tried your steps on DCU Icera unlocker. The option for debug log when right clicking is not there? Please confirm which software you want me to run to try unlock this modem?

Press check log in on account tab even if you use dongle, this should enable this option. the software you are using is correct, i just check on it myself. Without this file we can not check further. Keep in mind that your modem is not in our supported devices list so no guarantee that something could be done for it.

I can see 'enable logging' in main Client software. However, to unlock this modem I need to use Icera unlocker right? On this software I cannot see any option for enable logging? Please advise.

It is now enabled. Not sure why it wasn't appearing before.
