Wich mini PCI-Express modem combines Voice dailer enabled GSM, WIFI & SIMcard socket?

I'm searching for a mini PCI-Express modem with AT LEAST the following 4 requirements working:

[1] Voice dailer enabled GSM functionality (G2)
[2] good 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz WIFI modem
[3] SIM-card socket
[4] SMS-functionality
(-G3 and/or G4-data functionality is handy but not neccesary)

So I basicly need to be able to make and recieve regular voice GSM calls through Mobile partner with it, SMS-text and surf trough wifi with it.

I have only one PCI-Expres socket.
So combining 3 diffent PCI-Express cards (one for SIM-socket, one for WIFI and one for GSM-voice and G3/G4) with splitters would probably become a bit unstable.

Is there someone that can point me a model that has these 4 functionallities?
Wich PCI-Express modem would you recomend?

By now the only option I have found is buying a 'voice supported' Option M06712 Half Mini PCI-E 3G WWAN WCDMA UMTS GSM GPS EDGE WiFi Wireless Card.

And put this 'Option'-combi-modem in a Mini PCI-E Adapter with SIM Card Slot.

But I'm surpised that I can't find other or better alternatives for this.

Does anyone know better or other cards for this?
If I put this in a windows 10 mini-laptop, would people be able to call to my phone number (GSM-band so non-voice over IP)?

The Option GTM671wfs or GTM679WFS

WLAN + WWAM + SIMCARD-slot combo miniPCI-E cards

would eliminate the need for an adapter.

Altough I can't find any place to buy these models.

Does anyone know there are similar cards on the market?
