Internet dissappears after plugging router in

Hello, I need some advice on a problem.
My notebook is connected to the internet via Lan or Wifi but when I plug in my Aircard into the USB, the internet stopps and I have no connection anymore. Can somebody help me find the correct settings please

For Windows 8 and earlier: Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings
For Windows 10: Check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "5". OK > OK > OK
