How to unlock the Access control code from Nokia MR-840

Hello and happy new year my friends

I need a help from you guys. I have received a used small phone as a gift, but I told to handle whatever is related to code that need to be unlocked. and I told that the phone is out side my country.
it is a NOKIA MR-840 requesting for access control code every time I inserted a sim card. and when I remove it, it functions properly but with out sim card.
Please help me to unlock it.

Oh My God! Is there anywhere you can direct me, or how I can overcome this issue? I need this phone unlocked so bad. The problem is that I don’t even know how to do it!
