Maybe you have dc-unlocker or vygis dongle?

If you manage to get another operators sim, please contact us by live support chat, we might be able to find unlock solution for it if device will be detected as locked with other operators sim inside it.

the modem is originally locked to etisalat nigeria thats why i inserted etisalat nigeria sim.if u insert another operator sim the modem wont open the dashboard.

There must be invalid sim inside it - not etisalat one, otherwise you will get incorrect lock status and won't be able to unlock it.

I see in your previous post of detection your device was detected as unlocked, if there was an etisalat sim inside it and device is locked to another network then it means it is not locked at all.

yes there was an etisalat simcard inside.without simcard is is not detecting it and it was able to detectit under those two names only.i tried under huawei modem autodetect and it failed.same with others except this two.

For correct ONDA modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted(PIN must be disabled). Wait till software starts the modem, close ONDA software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.
