well i purchased some credit, and unlocked my usb modem ..but as it seens the modem is not unlocked. i need help.

Why do you think it is not unlocked? Could you provide more information?

Cuz i have another modem, and is unlocked. When i do a modem search the one is unlocked states the make model and the sim status; and it says unlocked.

Now when i use the umw190, 1st it doesnt states sim status, and i get a sim message stating that i inserted a non supported sim.

Are you sure pantech modem was detected when did the unlock? Try to detect modem when using other internet connection (not other modem).

100% sure, that i did the correct procedures. What are we going to do about it.

According to our system correct modem was unlocked. You may need to use other conenction software (not branded one).
Also you can try unlock same modem again, if you think it was not unlocked. Unlocking same modem again does not require credits.

I dont know a name of any unbranded software, can i ask for one.

Original verizon software works with other provider sim cards. You just need to change few settings.
Start the software with sim you want to use inserted to modem. Go to: Options->Mobile operator.
Deselect automatically detect my mobile operator. Restart software.
Then go to: Options ->Network selection. Select network mode.
After software shows all available networks, select network you need. And click register.
After you are registered to network, go to Options->Preferences- >Add
There enter your provider connection settings (apn, username and others).
Then click ok, select your new connection and click ok.
After this you should see your new added connection in main window.
