Help with my WM66A

Please help, right now im using the DC Utnlocker v1.00.0597, i also tried the latest version of the program. The problem is when I use auto detect, I chose longcheer, but i take many clicks on the auto detect before the client detects the data card. I used a different Sim card in order to unlock it, but when i click unlock, the client just stops responding and I have to close it because its not running anymore. Please, can anyone tell me what i should do? i will surely appreciate it..please wait 2 seconds for an uncompressed image, or press Ctrl+F5 for original quality page

Did you try to wait for program to respond?
If this will not work, you should try other computer.

yes, i tried waiting for it to respond, i think i've waited for 5mins and still nothing so I decided to stop the program. I already tried with a different computer with higher specs but still got the sae result. Im really clueless as to what is happening, so please enlighten me.. thanks a bunch!
