Last Friday i have used our dc-unlocker 2client ver.1.00.0360 for unlock my modem key usb forn intrnet in object .
After the job the unlocker write that that usb is unlocked.
HOWEVER, THE KEY WAS STILL LOCKED.
I redid the Diagnostic and tells me that the key is locked
What should I do
It very important , and that to me is beginning to be a big problem. I paid 10 euro and I still have not solved anything.
I don’t’ thelephone you because I don’t’ speak english very well.

Hello. Please use our latest DC-Unlocker client software ( http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/woetagnJ ) and try again detecting it. Does it still show that it is locked? If yes, could you try to unlock it again? Unlocking the same device for the second time will not cost you credits.
