I do not think it may be locked, it is dock. The modem that connect to it may be locked. Also, it is not a modem or router, so dc-unlocker will not be able to help you with it.

No not here maybe Vodafone ?? It is locked to specific dongles even if dongle is unlocked you can not use different sim card.
Anyone got software to unlock to all dongles??

Its not there so cannot be unlocked it seems.

If you refer about the r101 then please try to detect it first as it does not requires logging into service or anything else, just download dc-unlocker software is necessary.
