giffgaff settings help please

Hi does any one no if i can get the giffgaff sim to work in my o2 dongle ?
if so i need the setting to put in so it lets me on line
or as any one got it to work ?
im on a mac but dont think that makes any difference
i have put all the o2 settings in ie
profile name o2 mobile broadband
access point name m-bb.o2.co.uk
telephone number *99#
account name o2bb
password password


but still it wont work so im thinking it can not be done ?

If giffgaff uses other network than o2, then you need to enter that network connection settings, not o2.

Giffgaff uses the o2 network & i have tried all the o2 settings but had no luck i can put the sim in my iphone and it works fine ?
