hi , i have a router :4G Systems XSBox R4v ,the router its branded t mobile germany , and i need to run this router with a 3 g sim branded COSMOTE ,I PUT THE COSMOTE SIM IN ROUTER with pin code disabled , but the router tell to insert pin but my pin sim ist disabled , after this the router tell me to call to a phone number and to tell the imei on my router to unlock the router . what its blocked my sim or the router. what the router ask the pin .i have any ideea tell my .dc unlocker software provides software to unlock this router , because in my list not see this brand of router .sorry for my enghlish.bye bye.

Apparently your modem is locked to T-Mobile Germany provider that is why you get this message.
This modem is not supported with DC-Unlocker.
Did you try to detect it?
Maybe if you can detect it, we could try to make it supported with your help.

i'tried but the software not detect the router ?

i think the solution its to make a phone call to the support of the t-mobile with the phone nr generate by the router .

any ideea?

Sorry, if you are not able to detect it, then we can not try to make it supported also.
