    Hi Awl..!!!
    I Give You A Perfect Method For Disabling It..
    Right Click On My Computer
    Manage Option
    Choose Device Manager
    Go To Ports (COM & LPT)
    Expand It
    Right Click On ZTE Diagnostic Interface
    Choose Unistall..

    Make Sure You Have Plugged In Your Device(MODEM) In USB Port ..!!
