Mf190 don't work over 3G

Dear supporter I need your advice on this modem, modem is brand new and it is originally from Claro provider then for a mistake and looking for some drivers modem was updated with Movistar software since then when you start soft modem only woks over edge or GPRS if you change automatic on networks settings to 3G then it lost the signal, now I read dashboard from another modem with dc Unlocker and manage to write it in to modem but it is the same problem I also download and write one dashbord from your support side but still the problem I will appreciate any advice for this case

I can only advice to find and install original dashboard, connection software.

Well I already did that as I say before i read dashboard from another new modem then I write it in to bad one but Problem persist

Maybe you have changed firmware , not dashboard.
Usually dashboard is not related to 3G or 2G signal if all settings in dashboard are correct.

Yes that's what I did but where can I find firmware for this modem I look all over the Internet without success only the found the Movistar one that demage the modem I wonder if there any chance to read firmware from another working to write it on this one and witch soft can do that cause I try with dc without success

Sorry, not possible to read firmware and write it to modem using DC-Unlocker.
