What if you try to detect it by selecting model "Autodetect" ? Do you get the same message?
If yes, then sorry, but it cannot be repaired with DC-Unlocker.

        Please check this:

        Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running.
        Try restarting your computer.
        Try other computer.
Run DC-Unlocker as Administrator (right click on DC-Unlocker > Run > Run as administrator).
Run DC-Unlokcer in compatibility mode (right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with Windows XP).
