hello! tried to unlock, but dc-unlocker shows "SIM Lock status : unlocked" and unlock operation is unavailable. but modem is locked. can anyone help me?

Is there other providers SIM card inserted in modem at detection time?
If not, then please insert other providers (not original) SIM card in modem and detect it again with DC-Unlocker.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, not original SIM is inserted, but modem is not fully locked by default, it can work with not original SIM in limited mode for a 20-30 min in 3g, then switches to 2g.

Then maybe it still needs to be unlocked.
You should be able to unlock it using DC-Unlocker.

You mean it is working with not original sim, but after 20-30 minutes it changes to 2g? But it accept other sim, see network and can connect?
