Download this latest dc-unlocker - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/OAnF0dvK, make sure your phone is connected to pc and turned on/drivers installed etc. Then select ZTE Phones from manufacturers list and click big magnifying glass.

yes its shown in modem and in ports also its showing diagnostic and application port both.

by the way now i don't have that phone with me as you know its too late and customer taken back his mobile as he cant wait anymore.
