3570z card not found

not able to connect my k3570z
when open in dc unlocker it shows "card not found"
not even show in device manager
if try to open it in My computer.....it shows....Please insert a disk into CD drive(j
installed latest daskboard and drivers...........

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

if have checked each of these........
but my card not even detected by its original software not by window
it is shown as empty disk on my computer


i thing i have flashed wrong software and driver earlier on my card......So how can i delete those and flash again....

Sorry, if device is not detected by windows dc-unlocker can not help you.

Is there any other way flash it
it is not shown in device manager as modem ..but it shows as drive (j next to dvd drive in my computer. If i try to open it . It shows (no disk inserted)

DC-unlocker does not have flashing service. Also, we do not provide repair service.
