As i found it is zte modem, not huawei.
Could you try to detect it by dc-unlocker and copy here what is detected? Then we would be able to check more.

As you see, this is ZTE MF190.
This device is supported and can be unlocked by dc-unlocker. Unlock needs 7 credits and cost 7 euros.
