    Zte z331 (at&t)

    Hi, I purchased 10 credits to unlock an ATT ZTE Z331.

    It's rather urgent to get it unlocked.

    The drivers were installed, DC unlocker auto detected the phone and I entered login information and hit Unlock.

    The program sits for a bit and then freezes.

    Please let me know what I can do. Tried on two different computers.

    Try to restart dc-unlocker software and phone. Then repeat unlock.
