You will have to ignore my ignorance, but I unlocked my MF60 with dc-unlocker and it worked fine. I know have a new t-mobile sim card and i have down loaded join air. but whenever I connect the modem the software says no connected. If I run dc-unlocker again it says no modem connected. If I re-insert the o2 sim card that came with the modem it connects and i can get on the internet but very slowly but join air still says not connected. I want to use the t-mobile sim as we get 3G signal with it. But.............how do you do it what else do I need to do?????HELP

If you want to use other provider, then you need to enter other provider connection settings - apn, username and others. Only then you will be able to connect.
