You can try one from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/ZTE/Dashboards make sure you make a backup of your old one before installing new ones, because i can't garantee you that it will work.

Steps you need to follow:
1. Start DC-Unlocker software.
2. Detect device.
3. Click on "Read dashboard". Your current dashboard will be read. (You will be able to write it back if write dashboard fails or it will not work).
4. Click on "Write dashboard".
5. Select dashboard file you want to write.
6. Click "Write".
