zte z331 unlock problem

i tried every way like change pc,restart many time,reinstall dc unlocker but no solution.

sometime when detect phon restart pc automatically. so then try auto detect mode serching long tome but not detect many user suffering this problem plzz help dc unlocker team

Detect by autodetect and repeat unlock.
Also, please copy all here what dc-unlocker software writes. Can not see anything from your screenshot.
