Are you using latest version of dc-unlocker software? If not you can get it here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/yKpY7NkO . Also could you tell me information you get from detection?

If you can't detect phone check:
              If all drivers are installed.
If there is a software related to your phone, make sure it is closed.
Try changing usb ports, find one connected directly to motherboard.
              If possible try other computer.

                hello
all drivers up to date. just tried it on a 64bit machine with windows 8 and a 32 bit machine with windows 7 and neither can find the phone. Must be because its an Orange network phone as i can't think of anything else to do

                  Hello
It is sorted now. It was a conflict with a usb prog trying to connect to the phone to read the memory card so it wouldn't let dc unlocker link up,once disabled it worked fine . Thanks for the help
