What version of DC-Unlocker you have?

Please install latest version of DC-Unlocker from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/yKpY7NkO , and repeat detect steps as mentioned earlier.

If you use Windows 7 or 8 try this: run our software as administrator, by clicking right mouse button on DC-Unlocker -> Run as... and select "run as administrator”. Also do this: right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with windows XP

or correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Does drivers install when you connect it pc? Can you see your device in device manager, if so, under what lines it appears?
