If you cannot detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

i already did that..

all drivers are properly installed

yes modem softwares are properly installed,connected
and working

yes i already closed all softwares for modem before running dc unlocker
and start unlocking procedure

yes i already tried to use auto detect and manual select model

What windows version do you use?

If you still did not manage to detect your modem you should run dc-unlocker as administrator. This should solve not detecting problem for these modems.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I have the same problem.

Already tried to uninstall/re-install the software of modem, reinstall driver then restart my computer, plug and unplug it, update to the latest DC Unlocker but still no luck. Its still stuck on modem not found. I hope now patch would come out.

Try to run dc-unlocker as administrator. This should solve not detecting problem for these modems.

What version of dc-unlocker you use? Does you pc recognizes your device being connected? Can you locate it in device manager? If so, under what lines it appears?
