Detect this modem you must with wrong sim inserted, if you have same "unknown lock status", then modem not locked, dont need to flash, just use any not customized (generic) software or dialup.

already put another simcard, and it still says simlock unknown error, i guess like you said this modem is not locked.

where can i find generic software for mf620?
what you put on another thread is for mf622

i try install that generic software for mf622, now my modem is not detected
