Z331 unlock failed (Error code 46)

I'm unable to unlock the z331 and I'm using the client that theoretically support this model.

I do not have the dongle, I have the dc-unlocker software, and with enough credits.

Even if I manually enter Z331 in the phone model, the auto detect shows as _Unknown ZTE phone_

I'm running with the Windows 8, if this make any difference.

You can try this then: run our software as administrator, by clicking right mouse button on DC-Unlocker -> Run as... and select "run as administrator”. Also do this: right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with windows XP . If your phone still detects as "_Unknown ZTE phone_" unfortunately, but we won't be able to investigate more without dc-unlocker or vygis dongle in your possession.
